Where is your matcha sourced from?: We source directly from producers in Shizuoka (Ashikubo, Kakegawa) and Kagoshima (Chiran, Shibushi) — two regions that together produce approximately 80% of Japan’s tea. Every lot comes with full producer and harvest information.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?: We work with roasters from 1kg upward. Our pricing is designed to align with roastery business models. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and lead times vary by destination. Please enquire for specific country rates.
Can I request specific origins or grades?: Yes. We source from Shizuoka (Ashikubo, Kakegawa) and Kagoshima (Chiran, Shibushi). We can work with you to select by origin, flavor profile, and intended application.
How long does delivery take?: Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on stock availability and destination. Expedited options are available on request.
